Rick is a graduate of Baylor University. In recent years, he ran his own real-estate investing business focusing on both residential real-estate in the Austin market and multifamily apartment buildings across the country. He is still currently involved in multifamily investing and commercial real-estate. Throughout his career, Rick has worked in software training, both in sales and as a trainer, and he has had considerable experience in church leadership. He is the author of Freebird: Work Free. Live Free, a book that creatively explores the intersection of our work lives and our spiritual lives by addressing issues of work and life satisfaction. Outside of work, Rick enjoys playing both golf and guitar.
